"We ordered some mugs to be used as Christmas promotional items and although we ordered close to Christmas we were never rushed to make a decision and the quality of service we received was excellent.

   The Colourcade team did everything possible to ensure we received the mugs in time for us to distribute them before the Christmas deadline. They were extremely helpful in advising us what artwork and wording would best fit the space we had on the side of the mug. Even when we required last minute changes it never seemed like a problem and a proof was provided after each alteration.

   The quality of the mugs was good and print quality was also up to standard.

   "We approached colourcade when we needed to update and improve our practice leaftet, as we had dealt with BOS for many years and had always received excellent customer care, and colourcade were no exception to this.

   Our original practice leaflet was a very old photocopied booklet, and had been amended many times over the years. We needed colourcade to completely re-design and update our existing leaflet, and add in an extra language This proved to be no problem at all, infact they even helped on the grammar!

   We had never used 'glossy paper' before and we were unsure which would be the best for our needs. Colourcade supplied examples of paper and colours, so that we could make an informed decision. We sent the original off, and within a matter of days we received our draft copy. Once we had checked it over and agreed the colour, our order was officially placed.
